Ed & Kim Smith-
We put Ed and Kim's home in River's Edge 1 on the market on May 19th. By May 22nd we had an offer! 30 days later they had moved... The day of closing, Ed and Kim asked if we could help them find a new home, as things were not going well on the construction of their new home. Within 5 days we found a home for them, and negotiated a contract. In 10 more days they closed on the home of their dreams!

Don & Ollie bought one of our listings. Mark represented the Seller and Diane represented the Wigingtons.
